To succeed in this role, you need:

• Culinary skills

• Fluent English skills (Mara TES matters also in English)

• Knowledge of the Finnish Mara-TES

• Experience and vision in kitchen management

• Strong personnel management skills

• A driving license

• Passion and skill to create experiences

• Presentation and leadership skills

Santapark Oy will make the agreement with the selected person, but the recruitment process is handled by Barona.
